MARLON HUMPHREY AND SNAPBACK SPORTS ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP TO CO PRODUCE CONTENT, INCLUDING NEW WEEKLY PODCAST

HUMPHREY WILL CO-HOST THE “PUNCH LINE” PODCAST DEBUTING AUGUST 24th

NEW YORK—August 7, 2023    All-Pro CB Marlon Humphrey and Snapback Sports announced a partnership to produce and create content, including the “Punch Line” podcast, a weekly show hosted by Humphrey and Jack Settleman, founder and CEO of Snapback Sports. The multi-year agreement allows Humphrey to create and own his content, as well as produce and collaborate on other sports and entertainment projects, with Humphrey taking an equity stake in Snapback Sports. The “Punch Line” podcast, Humphrey’s first project with Snapback, will be recorded weekly in Baltimore. “Punch Line” offers fans a different perspective on sports culture and touches on NFL news, pop culture, entertainment, and sports.

“As I looked at other ways to express myself through new media and create and own content that I would be excited to consume, the partnership with Snapback made sense,” said Marlon Humphrey.

Jack Settleman expressed similar sentiments. “This partnership is special and the biggest initiative we’ve done at Snapback Sports. Growing up in Baltimore and attending almost every Ravens home game, I jumped at the opportunity to work with an athlete like Marlon. Marlon has excelled at providing his fans authentic content, and by partnering with Snapback Sports, we hope to amplify his voice and create new fans of his.”

The podcast’s first episode will debut on Thursday, August 24th on Apple, Spotify, and other podcast providers with new episodes releasing every Wednesday throughout the 2023-24 NFL season. Each episode will feature Humphrey’s signature style of storytelling, behind-the-scenes takes, and special guests with the humor, candidness, and off-the-wall takes NFL fans have come to love from Marlon.
